Creative Writing
Join a diverse group of writing enthusiasts. Share stories and poems based on a weekly story prompt. All levels and abilities are welcome to join - even if you have never tried writing creatively before. Come to write, or just to listen to some interesting and creative tales. On Zoom ONLY:

Special Event: Art Corner
with New Horizons' own Judy Ringold New Horizons hosts various artists at the Center throughout the year, both in person and on Zoom. Learn and participate in creating everything from Painting to Paper Mache, make a Scrap Book to commemorate pivotal moments in your life, or design a card for a special holiday. You never know what--or who--the Center might be hosting next! Next Session: September 2024: "Mixed Media Autumn Memoir Workshop" Linda will demonstrate how to create a collage that captures the beauty and spirit of Autumn using a variety of materials and techniques. All materials will be provided. Feel free to bring your own autumn mementos! Please Note: Space is limited in this program, so please make sure to RSVP by September 13!
