Lunch at New Horizons
Catered Meals New Horizons offers fresh meals supplied by a licensed caterer on in-person programming days (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, and Fri) each week. Meals can be taken home or enjoyed at the Center. A modest donation is appreciated but not required. Please order at least one week in advance of the day you would like a meal (or meals) or in order to be guaranteed you are included in our count. Enjoy Meals at Narberth Borough Hall:

Birthday Parties
New Horizons hosts parties periodically throughout the year for everyone born in the current month...or who loves to eat cake. Cooking Class
Various cooks and food entrepreneurs offer their techniques and tricks to interested audiences throughout the year, both In Person and on Zoom. All classes focus on a theme, from nutritious desserts to using environmental friendly methods to grow and cultivate your own heart-healthy ingredients for delicious dishes. Indulge Your Sweet Tooth Everyone needs a little guilty pleasure from time to time, and various partners of New Horizons are more than willing to provide the answer! Whether its cupcakes and pastries for Music Week, a dessert offered along with a program, or crepes provided just because, New Horizons has many different sweets on offer at various times throughout the year. Come in and have fun! Next Sessions: July 2025: ICE CREAM!
Come to Narberth Borough Hall, 2nd Floor and enjoy some delicious Ice Cream and fixings before indulging in a number of fun games on offer at the Center. TruVine HomeCare offers choices to be enjoyed during our Small 4th of July Lunch party on July 2 while Visiting Angels HomeCare brings a selection of ice cream related goodies on July 9. Explore the various flavors on offer while checking out other events at the Center. Everyone welcome! Dessert Social:
Nutritious and Delicious! with Teri Wassel, MS, RD Join with other food enthusiasts and those who just love a good snack and chow down on various offerings provided by a registered nutritionist at different points throughout the year. Indulge all you want in the scrumptious desserts at the table without any need to feel worried or guilty, as everything is approved for a nutritious diet. Bon Appetit! Last Session: May 2025: "Lemon Olive Oil Cake" Come and see why we are obsessed with this simple, lemon scented olive oil cake, all by itself or topped with fruit or whipped cream! The olive oil contributes a pleasant fruity flavor while keeping the cake moist for longer than butter. Join Teri Wassel, MS, RD, while she creates this delicious, healthy cake and gives tips along the way. Everyone welcome! Come early, and enjoy a delicious lunch plate of Sliced Beef Merlot, served at 12:00 Noon, directly before the Dessert Social. ($2 suggested donation for Lunch, Dessert Social is FREE. Holiday Luncheons and Lunch Parties
Come and celebrate various holidays throughout the year. Honor enduring partnerships during Valentine's Day, wish top o' the morning to fellow diners on St Paddy's Day, wear your favorite costume on Halloween, enjoy a delicious turkey during Thanksgiving week, and celebrate the holiday season at the end of December. Guests and Members alike mingle during these occasions filled with fun, food, and fulfilling entertainment. Next Event: July 2025: 4th of July SMALL Lunch Party: Happy 4th of July! Come to New Horizons on Wednesday, July 2 and celebrate Independence Day early at a (small) Lunch Party served at 12:00 Noon. Afterwards, stay for some fun and games provided by the Center while indulging in tasty desserts provided by TruVine HomeCare Services. Hamburgers, Ice Cream, and Games -- just like an all-American Picnic! ($2 Suggested donation for Lunch, paid at the door. Ice Cream and Games are Free)
