Lunch at New Horizons in Narberth
Catered Lunches New Horizons offers fresh lunches supplied by a licensed caterer on in-person programming days (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, and Fri) each week at Narberth Borough Hall. Lunches can be taken home or enjoyed at the Center. A modest donation is appreciated but not required. Please order at least one week in advance of the day you would like a lunch (or lunches) or in order to be guaranteed you are included in our count. PLEASE NOTE THAT BEGINNING JUNE 1, New Horizons switched to our COLD LUNCHES MENU (Salads and Sandwiches). Hot Lunches will return in October. Enjoy Lunches at Narberth Borough Hall:

All classes focus on a theme, from nutritious desserts to using environmental friendly methods to grow and cultivate your own heart-healthy ingredients for delicious dishes. Indulge Your Sweet Tooth September 2026: DOWNSIZING DISCUSSION in Narberth: Sept 29 SMALL LUNCH PARTY in Narberth: Sept 30 Everyone needs a little guilty pleasure from time to time, and various partners of New Horizons are more than willing to provide the answer! Whether its cupcakes and pastries for Music Week, a dessert offered along with a program, or crepes provided just because, New Horizons has many different sweets on offer at various times throughout the year. Tuesday, September 29, 2026: Have Fun with COMPASS Joan Klothe from COMPASS comes to New Horizons in Narberth on September 29 to offer a table of goodies and present a workshop on “The Art of Letting Go.” Munch on a sweet treat while listening to various strategies for dealing with the accumulated clutter in your life -- and feeling good about doing it. Everyone welcome! Optional Lunch: (Turkey) Ham and American Cheese on Wheat Bread, starting at Noon -- please register for the lunch by Wednesday, September 23.) Wednesday, September 30, 2026: Dine at the Small Lunch Party Dessert Buffet The Community Action Agency of Delaware County (CAADC) will be at New Horizons in Narberth on September 30 to offer a variety of animal-themed goodies during the Small Lunch Party in honor of the Animal Kingdom. Indulge in some delicious delicacies while playing Animal Safari Quizzo and then hear how to Weatherize your house to protect your pets and yourself for very little cost. Afterwards, stroll down the hall to join Alyssa Stark in a discussion on “Earth’s Great Extinctions.” Everyone welcome! Holiday Luncheons and Lunch Parties
Come and celebrate various holidays throughout the year. Honor enduring partnerships during Valentine's Day, wish top o' the morning to fellow diners on St Paddy's Day, wear your favorite costume on Halloween, enjoy a delicious turkey during Thanksgiving week, and celebrate the holiday season at the end of December. SEPTEMBER 30, 2026 AT NOON: SMALL SUMMER LUNCH PARTY: Food, Fun, Facts, and Fauna -- Let's Explore the Animal Kingdom! Come to New Horizons in Narberth for a roaring good time as we celebrate everything to do with the Animal Kingdom! Dine on Rotini while playing Animal Safari Quizzo with your friends. Afterwards, learn from the Community Action Agency of Delaware County how to “weatherize” your house for little to no cost, so your pets and you will stay safe in all climates, and then stroll down the hall to join Dr. Alyssa Stark for a fun and informative chat about the various evolutions, developments, and extinctions that earth’s creatures have faced across the ages.
