New Horizons Senior Center is a warm and welcoming place designed to help seniors "age in place". We offer a wonderful array of FREE programs and essential services that optimize seniors’ health, dignity and connection to each other and to community.

Your Donation Helps Our Seniors by Providing:

• Free full course Nutritional Meals
• Free Support Groups
• Free Exercise Classes:Tai Chi, Dance Fitness, Yoga, Senior Fitness, and Healthy Exercise.
• Free Private Counseling
• Free Medicare and Benefits Counseling
  • Book Club, World and National Affairs Discussion Group, Knit and Chat, Birthday and Holiday Parties, Mid-day Music, Cooking Demonstrations, Movie Screenings and Discussions, Meditation Class, Walking Club and Environmental Action Club, and so much more!
