All fitness levels welcome -- the group walks at the pace of the slowest member. Relax as you ramble with Rich through Narberth, enjoying the fresh air and the changing seasons. Tai Chi Class
(for Balance, Fall Prevention, Mental Focus and Calm) with Rosalie Pressman, certified Tai Chi instructor Rosalie Pressman, certified tai chi instructor, teaches a 12-session course learning slow, gentle movements, meditative breathing and body alignment. Appropriate for all experience levels and people with arthritis. The best preparation you can have is “a beginner’s mind” of openness. Come and enjoy this relaxing class! PLEASE NOTE: This class is divided into two sessions. --Tai Chi 1 teaches Yang Style Tai Chi in the 10-Form on MONDAYS and is open to everyone. --Tai Chi 2 takes place on FRIDAYS and is open ONLY to current students who feel ready to shift to the more advanced 24-Form.
