Targeted Covid-19 Booster Shots
are Strongly Recommended for those 65 and older and are available now! Vaccination remains the best protection against COVID-19-related hospitalization and death, and also reduces your chance of suffering the effects of Long COVID, which can develop during or following acute infection and last for an extended duration. If you have not received a COVID-19 vaccine in the past 2 months, get an updated COVID-19 vaccine to protect yourself this winter and spring. Click here for the latest CDC updates Our Regular Weekly Programs include TWO support groups, Creative Writing, and FIVE exercise classes: Tai Chi, Dance Fitness, Yoga, Senior Fitness, and Healthy Exercise.
Offered on the same day and time weekly. Our Center Programs include Book Club, World and National Affairs Discussion Group, Knit and Chat, Birthday and Holiday Parties, Mid-day Music, Cooking Demonstrations, Special Events and more. Days and times vary.
