Full Circle Discussion Group
Every Monday at 10:30 AM
Join Janet Levit, MSW, LCSW, and other Seniors in this Support Group focused on finding meaning and purpose in our later years.   Discussions look at various issues that may face Seniors, such as family, financial strain, loneliness, and the desire to engage in fulfilling activities.  ​
Healthy Exercise Class
Every Monday and Thursday at 1:00 PM 
New Horizons' Instructor Agnes Palena walks interested Seniors through gentle exercises using weights, stretchy bands, and basic stretches.  These varied and helpful routines are open to everyone, from Beginners on up.
Senior Fitness Class
Every Tuesday at 1:00 PM 
Led by Zachary Smicker, PT, DPT, GCS, Reginal Director at Fox Rehabilitation.  Build strength, improve flexibility, and stretch, in this gentle exercise class designed specifically for Seniors.  Open to everyone, from Beginners to Advanced.  
Creative Writing Class
Every Wednesday at 10:00 AM 
New Horizons invites Seniors to join this diverse group of writing enthusiasts.  Share stories and poems based on a weekly story prompt.   All levels and abilities are welcome to join - even if you have never tried writing creatively before.  Come to write, or just to listen to some interesting and creative stories.
Tai Chi Class
Every Wednesday at 1:00 PM 
Seniors are invited to join Instructor Rosalie Pressman for this rewarding meditative exercise class.  Rosalie teaches Yang Family Style Tai Chi, and welcomes participants at all levels from beginner to advanced.  Improve your concentration, energy and balance while lifting your spirits with this refreshing experience.
Walking Club (In-Person)
Every Thursday at 10:30 AM (weather permitting) 
Meet OUTSIDE the Narberth Borough Hall, at the Conway Avenue Entrance (by the Fire House)

Adults 55 and over are invited to meet at Boro Hall each Thursday for an hour of socializing and exercise while enjoying a leisurely walk around Narberth.  Everyone welcome!

We ask that all those who participate in this program check-in at the Front Desk on the 2nd floor of Borough Hall AFTER your walk each week.  Thank-you!

Transitions and Changes Support Group
Every Thursday at 12:00 Noon 
Loisann Furgess-Oler, MS, MDiv, invites all Seniors to engage in a discussion of the various changes taking place in the world and our personal lives.  Join her in this thought-provoking look at our journey through life's many evolutions and transitions, and draw on the support of others facing the same trials. 
Dance Fitness
Every Friday at 1:00 PM 
New Horizons invites all Seniors to join Betsy Klausman for a fun, fast-paced class designed to improve balance and strength while teaching easy dance steps.  No experience is necessary.  Just wear comfortable clothing, and log-in ready to dance!
