Outdoor Tai Chi Class
Meet at the Gazebo near the Narberth Library (by the parking lot next to Narberth Borough Hall), weather permitting with Rosalie Pressman, certified Tai Chi instructor Seniors are invited to the Gazebo near the Narberth Library, where Rosalie Pressman will teach the Yang Family Style Tai Chi moves on select Tuesdays in May. Improve your concentration and balance, while lifting your spirits, with this meditative exercise outside in the sun. We ask that all those who participate in this program either check-in at the Front Desk on the 2nd floor of Borough Hall AFTER your class or speak to the Staff Person present at the Gazebo.
